Foraging (or Forging) for a Derby Horse

Bored. Waiting for a settlement agreement and some estate planning work to get back to me so I thought I would write something pointless. Nothing really important in politics or horse racing news in the last week anyway. A few things: (1) Went "forging" this weekend. Thought we were foraging. Didn't get to eat any mushrooms but created a metal object that suppose to resemble a knife. Guess which one of these three pieces of art is mine? Remember, it is suppose to be a knife. I am truly incompetent when it comes to anything that requires a hammer or fire or strength. Note to self : Fair to say "stick to law, politics, and horse racing" to me. But I can't explain what the hell is going on in law, politics and horse racing right now anyway. INTRODUCTION Most of you are currently rolling your eyes. Maybe you will stop reading this immediately. Don't. Try to allow for another view point. I will certainly listen to yours. Try to imagine 10 to 20 years down the line and what people's views on animals will be then. I've been in love with horse racing for 30 years. In that time I've changed my views on many things. I still learn something new about our wonderful sport every day. I know 5% of what I want to know about our industry.
